This Statement of Privacy applies to the www.stevetonkin.com and Steve Tonkin and Company (referenced herein as “we,” “us,” “STC,” or “our”) has developed this policy statement to assist end users (referenced herein as “you,” “user,” or “your”) of the websites and/or digital properties owned and operated by STC, including STC events, STC membership portals, in understanding why STC collects personally identifiable information (the “Privacy Policy”) and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to include www.SteveTonkin.com and STC. The STC website is a Corporate Training site. By using the STC website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

STC reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time to address changes to its information collection, disclosure, or use practices or changes in the law.
