Ruth is a dynamic and strategic facilitator and trained in person-centered thinking. She is also passionate about helping young adults plan their future who have intellectual or developmentally disabilities. Her professional experience includes working as a surgical/laser nurse, Clinical Laser Application Specialist, and Director of a Minimally Invasive Surgery Center. She is an active volunteer in organizations that support those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Ruth graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She enjoys family, friends, theater, live music, travel, gardening, cooking/baking, swimming, hot springs, and reading.

Lynne is a meticulous trainer that appreciates the data and depth of The Caring Project. She is a practicing nurse working in postpartum. Her professional background includes: Burn/Trauma, Orthopedic Trauma, Neurosurgical, Epileptic monitoring, LDRP, and Women’s health.
Lynne graduated from Mansfield University in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She enjoys mountain climbing with her husband, lounging with her greyhound Leo and lab mix Lacey, travel, gardening, and baking.

Jeff is a communications expert and educator focusing on encouragement and care. He serves care givers and families as a hospice chaplain during some of the most difficult times of life. His professional experience includes keynote presentations, training workshops, content creation, and author. He has spoken for a wide variety of public and private organizations in virtually every arena, from the tech sector to financial services, Fortune 500, manufacturing, real estate, health care, hospitality, entertainment, retail, legal, and the US government.
Jeff graduated from Calvin College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology; a Bachelors of Arts in Communications; and from Denver Seminary with a masters degree in theology. He enjoys training, reading, and being a swim dad.

Kim is an energetic and engaging facilitator. She currently also works as a practicing nurse where she utilizes the concepts found in The Caring Project. She has a broad professional background as a business owner, musician, sales professional, and beauty pageant queen through which she promotes several children’s charities.
Kim is pursuing a masters in nursing administration from Regis University. She enjoys spending time with her husband, their four daughters, and her Imelda Marcos-like shoe collection.
